سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع
حرصًا منا على رضا عملائنا، يرجى الاطلاع على السياسة التالية:
أولاً: القطع الجاهزة
• يحق للعميل طلب التبديل أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يشترط أن تكون القطعة بنفس حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبالتغليف الأصلي.
• لا يتم استرجاع رسوم التوصيل.
• في حال التبديل أو الاسترجاع، يتم خصم رسوم التوصيل قدرها 2 - 5 دينار كويتي من مبلغ استرجاع القطعة.
ثانيًا: القطع التفصيل (حسب الطلب)
• يتم تجهيز القطع التفصيل خلال مدة تتراوح ما بين أسبوع إلى 12 يومًا من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
• جميع القطع التفصيل أو المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو التبديل.
ثالثًا: في حال وجود خلل مصنعي
• يجب إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للخلل.
• بعد مراجعة الحالة والتأكد من وجود خلل مصنعي، يتم استبدال القطعة أو استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا.
• في هذه الحالة، لا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم إضافية.
يرجى التأكد من اختيار المقاس المناسب قبل إتمام الطلب.

Exchange & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below:
1. Ready-to-Ship Items
• Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• In case of return, a 2 - 5 KD return fee will be deducted from the item’s refund amount.
2. Custom-Made Items (Made to Order)
• Custom-made items are prepared within 7 to 12 days from the date of order confirmation.
• All custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Manufacturing Defect
• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the issue.
• After review and confirmation of the defect, the item will be replaced or fully refunded.
• In this case, the customer will not be charged any additional fees.
